Where I build
Websites for small businesses in Bloemfontein
Two languages, a town that knows itself, and customers who check you are still trading.
Bloemfontein businesses serve Afrikaans, Sesotho and English speakers, often without thinking about which. A website in one language quietly tells two of those three that it was not built for them.
It is also a market where a lot of businesses have been going for years and their websites show it: a page last touched in 2019, hours that are wrong, a number that has changed. The bar is not high. Being current is most of the way to being chosen.
What a website here tends to need
- Afrikaans and English at minimum, properly written in both
- Hours that are right, including over December and public holidays
- What you do, said in the words people here would use for it
- A number and a WhatsApp button that work on a phone, because that is the whole visit

Where I am
I am in Pretoria. The whole thing happens on WhatsApp and the phone, and the price does not change with the distance.
