The short version
Privacy
The short version: if you send me your details, I use them to reply to you. Nothing else.
What I collect
If you fill in the enquiry form, I collect your name, your business name, your phone number, what you told me you need, and your message. If you message me on WhatsApp, I have your number and whatever you send me. That is the lot.
What I do with it
I use it to reply to you, and to quote you if you ask me to. I don’t sell it, share it, add you to a mailing list, or use it for anything you didn’t contact me about.
Where it lives
Form enquiries come to me by email and are stored on the same South African server that hosts this site. I keep them while there’s a reasonable chance you still want a reply, and I delete them once the conversation is clearly over.
Visitor numbers
I count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that uses no cookies and collects nothing personal: only how many people came and which pages they read. It cannot identify you, and there is no tracking across other websites.
If I’ve made a preview website for your business, I also note when it is opened: the date and time, and whether it was on a phone or a computer. Nothing that identifies who opened it.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Message me and I’ll sort it out.
