SA Jumping Castles

Jumping castle rental business.

The Website

A rental business whose website answers the questions that used to arrive by phone at nine at night.

SA Jumping Castles rents jumping castles and water slides across Gauteng. Every enquiry used to be a phone call asking the same three things: is this one free, do you come out here, and what does it cost.

So every castle and slide has its own page with the weekday and weekend price on it, and delivery, collection and deposits are explained before anyone has to ask. The website also knows its place among sister businesses: castles for sale go to the manufacturer, and entertainers are recommended rather than supplied.

What’s on it

  • A rental catalogue of around forty castles, slides and accessories, each with its own page
  • Weekday and weekend prices published against every item
  • Delivery and collection across Gauteng, with the fees stated up front
  • The whole website in five languages: English, Afrikaans, Sesotho, isiXhosa and isiZulu
  • Enquiries by WhatsApp, phone, email or form, whichever suits the customer
  • FAQs that answer what used to arrive by phone, and a blog written around what people search for
