Who I build for

Websites for plumbers

Someone with water coming through the ceiling isn’t browsing. They’re looking for a number.

A plumbing website has one job at nine on a Sunday morning: give a panicking person a number they can tap. Everything else comes second. The number belongs at the top of every page, big enough to tap with wet hands, and it should be the first thing on the screen.

The second job is answering the two questions that come before anyone rings. Do you come out to where I am, and what does it cost? A site that answers those gets you the callers who are in your area and ready to book.

What your website needs

  • Your number at the top of every page, tappable on a phone
  • The areas you actually cover, named — suburbs, not "Gauteng and surrounds"
  • Your callout fee, or at least how the charging works, so nobody has to guess
  • Whether you do after-hours, and what that costs
  • Your registrations, named, and how long you’ve been doing this
