Butter, folded into the dough and rested, then folded again, over two days. They come out of the oven at six and they are at their very best for the next four hours, which is why we only bake them in the morning.

• Collect from 7am, seven days a week.
• Delivered across Durban on Tuesdays and Fridays, R60.
